Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. What we do

We arrange hotel bookings as an intermediary travel agency.

3. Requests and quotes

A request is not a booking. A quote is an offer valid for a limited time. A booking is confirmed only after payment and our written confirmation.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the quoted currency and include the taxes listed in the quote. They exclude local fees payable at the hotel unless stated.

5. Payment

After you accept a quote, we send a payment link or bank details. You pay only once you've confirmed the hotel, dates and total price in writing.

6. Cancellations and changes

7. Your responsibilities

Give accurate guest names matching passports or IDs, valid contact details, arrive with the documents the hotel requires, and send genuine, unaltered screenshots.

8. Our responsibilities and limits

We're not the hotel owner or operator and aren't liable for hotel service quality, but we'll help resolve issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

10. Complaints

Email info@moreatravel.mk with your Request ID. We reply within 5 business days. Our team replies every day between 10:00 and 20:00 Central European Time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, with disputes handled by the competent courts in Tetovë.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here applies to new requests.
