Price-Beat Guarantee: Terms

We'll beat a lower price on the same hotel when the following conditions are met.

1. Same hotel, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and rooms.
2. Same room type and board basis (e.g. breakfast included).
3. Same cancellation conditions or better. A non-refundable price can only be compared with a non-refundable price.
4. The competitor price must be publicly available to any customer, bookable right now, and shown as a total price including all taxes and mandatory fees.
5. Not eligible: private deals, member-only or login-only rates, corporate rates, package or bundle prices, coupon or promo-code prices, prices from social media or auctions, and expired prices.
6. The screenshot must clearly show hotel name, dates, room type, guests, cancellation terms and total price. We may ask to verify by link.
7. The request must be submitted before booking. Claims after booking aren't covered.
8. "Beat" means our total price is lower than the competitor's by at least €5 (or the equivalent in the quoted currency). If we can't beat it, we'll say so and you owe nothing.
9. Currency: prices are compared after conversion at the rate on the day of the request.
10. We may decline a request if the screenshot appears altered or the conditions aren't met.
11. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise, because hotel prices change.
