Cancellation Policy

• Every quote clearly states the cancellation conditions before you pay.
• Free cancellation rates: you can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown on your confirmation. After it, the hotel's penalty applies.
• Non-refundable rates: no refund if you cancel or change dates, unless the hotel allows it.
• To cancel or change, message us on WhatsApp or email info@moreatravel.mk with your Request ID. We process requests within 24 business hours. Our team replies every day between 10:00 and 20:00 Central European Time.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the hotel confirms.
• If the hotel cancels or can't honor your booking, we'll find an equivalent alternative or refund you in full.
• Service fee: none.
