Reservation Confirmation
This agreement enters into force upon payment of the reservation deposit or full amount by the client. By making payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Payment
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made prior to travel, as specified at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable upon cancellation by the client, except where the relevant supplier's policy explicitly permits a refund, in which case only the recoverable amount minus any applicable fees will be returned.
In the event of price increases caused by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers after booking confirmation but prior to travel, the Agency will notify the client immediately. The client may choose to pay the difference or cancel. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total booking value, the client may cancel with a full refund.
Agency Obligations
The Agency undertakes to provide the reserved services as described at the time of booking. The Agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers beyond the Agency's direct control. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to assist the client in resolving any issues that arise during travel.
Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking. Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the client are the client's sole responsibility.
The client must ensure they hold all required travel documents including valid passport, visa, and health certificates prior to departure. The Agency bears no responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate documentation.
Cancellation and Changes
All cancellations must be submitted in writing — email or message accepted. Cancellation fees are determined by the policies of the relevant suppliers and will be communicated to the client at the time of cancellation request.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before departure are subject to full forfeiture of payment unless the supplier policy states otherwise. Changes to bookings including dates, names, and destinations are subject to availability and supplier change fees which will be passed on to the client.
Force Majeure
The Agency is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, political instability, government-imposed travel restrictions, or acts of terrorism. In such cases the Agency will work with suppliers to recover funds where possible but cannot guarantee refunds.
General Provisions
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of North Macedonia in the Municipality of Tetovë. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Remote Acceptance
Payment made after receiving this agreement constitutes full and binding acceptance of all terms herein, equivalent to a physical signature.
