1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Your name, email, WhatsApp number, trip details, uploaded screenshot and preferred reply channel. If you book: booking and payment details. Technical data such as IP address, browser and device, UTM/campaign data, and cookie and pixel data.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

• Preparing quotes and processing bookings: contract.
• Replying to you: legitimate interest or consent.
• Preventing fraud and spam: legitimate interest.
• Measuring advertising: consent.
• Legal obligations such as accounting.

4. Who we share it with

Hotel booking suppliers, hosting and database providers, messaging and email providers including WhatsApp, our social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook) where you choose to interact with us, payment providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok only if you accept marketing cookies. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

6. Retention

Requests that don't lead to a booking, and their screenshots, are deleted after 90 days. Booking records are kept for 5 years for legal and accounting reasons. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact info@moreatravel.mk. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings.

9. Security

Screenshots are stored privately and only our team can access requests.

10. Children

Our service is not for people under 18.
